Northfield SuperTRAK® Structure Supported Spiral Freezer

Our Northfield SuperTRAK Structure Supported Spiral freezer delivers proven performance and high volume processing in the freezing, chilling, cooling, or proofing of a wide range of both packaged and IQF food products. We design and build the SuperTRAK with a choice of configurations, airflow and belt types to provide flexibility, optimized food handling, and hygiene.  The robust design of the SuperTRAK  is ideal for tall products requiring more space between belt tiers and heavier belt loads.

• Available with infinite design combinations of tier pitch (height between belt), belt length (no. of tiers), belt widths, and belting materials
• Multiple heat exchanger sizes and number of fans
• Fully seam welded stainless enclosure
• Clean-in-Place (CIP) system
• Sequential defrost and ADF Air Defrost System
• Optional Layouts include descending stack, twin stack, duplex/twin belt
