Our Prime TGP-2 Turkey Gizzard Processor is a durable, multiphase gizzard processing unit capable of automatically splitting and rinsing 40 turkey tom gizzards per minute, or up to 50 turkey hen gizzards per minute. A high-pressure water knife cuts cleanly and eliminates the need for costly blade replacement.
