Our Prime Turkey Heart Processor is designed specifically to trim the aorta and other arterial material from the upper region of turkey hearts making them more suitable for sale.After hearts have been trimmed, they transition to a peeler roller bed to help with removal of the pericardial membrane (pericardium) and excess fat material surrounding the atrial wall.Capable of operating at speeds exceeding 40 pieces per minute with a single operator, the THP-1 features removable product cavities engineered for easy loading and trouble-free sanitation.
